The PM 2000 Switch Mode Power Supply module has been designed for all industrial applications. The unit provides secured DC power in combination with a parallel battery, for supply of all types of DC consumers including constant voltage and current sources.
The module is suitable for charging many types of batteries including: vented lead acid, valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) or NiCd batteries. It can also be used as a direct power supply without batteries.

The unit is build as a compact 19'' full plug-in module with 4U height and with the connection terminals accessible from the front panel. The AC 2000 module is sustained short-circuit proof and it has a low startup current and a sinusoidal input current. Also available in earthquake-proof execution.
The unit with 24V DC output is qualified for use in the Nuclear Power Plants.
